Campbell Takes Gold
The College Sport Individual Swimming Championships were held at Huia Pool this week, and Campbell Tacon had an outstanding day representing WHS. Campbell competed in five events – 50m Freestyle, 100m Freestyle, 200m Freestyle, 100m Butterfly and the 100m Individual Medley – and took out gold in all five!
The Great Inaugural Matariki Kite Competition was held today as part of our school’s Matariki celebrations. Last week Year 11 students Joseph Ivory, James Matheson, Jan Mueller, and Oliver Sundin competed in the Wellington Region Robocup senior rescue competition.
