The Wrap Up (Term 2, Week 8)
It has been a busy week here at WHS! A group of our students were invited to the Peter Cullen breakfast to share their ideas on strengthening democracy in New Zealand. In music news, not only do we have Rockquest finals this weekend, but we also celebrate several other achievements from our talented students. All that and more in this week’s Wrap Up!
The Wrap Up (Term 2, Week 7)
In this week’s Wrap Up we have some important updates regarding the PPTA industrial action and the year groups that will be rostered home for the rest of the term, as well as some updates from over the long weekend, including the WHS Big Band, who competed in the Manawatū Jazz Competition!
The Wrap Up (Term 2, Week 6)
Following Dominic’s mid-term message focusing on the need to nurture the individual, their talents and unique pathways, this edition of the Wrap Up celebrates students following their own pathways. From creative writing in the Fresh Avocado, to Scarlett Connolly’s journey as a Korean language learner, and sporting achievements in climbing, volleyball and more, our rangatahi impress and inspire us with their range of talents, dedication and skill.
The Wrap Up also shines a light on our recent Pasifika Families dinner, features updates from Counselling, and important information for all households from FENZ and Te Whatu Ora.

Welcome back to Term 2! We hope you all had a relaxing and refreshing holiday, and are ready to jump back into Term 2.
