This week’s Wrap Up includes important information regarding parent-teacher interviews for both junior and senior students, as well as a look at Ngā manaakitanga’s Matariki celebrations.

There’s a lot to stay updated with in this week’s Wrap Up! Important information regarding parent-teacher interviews, as well as exciting news from the many cultural events happening in the past week. Plus, plenty of opportunities to attend upcoming arts and drama events.

Plenty to celebrate in this week’s Wrap Up with achievements from all areas. From the Senior A netball win, to the NZ Chamber Music regionals, to the Annual Chinese Bridge Speech Competition, WHS students have seen success in all areas.

This week we bring you news of achievements in Speech competitions from our students, as well as an exciting update from two WHS Alumni. As well as achievements, we also have some important news regarding Monday’s altered timetable, and your chance to have a say on the WHS strategic plan.

This week’s Wrap Up comes to you early thanks to the extra long weekend ahead! Another reminder about the Open Evening, which is filling up fast, and a summary of Dr Trisia Farrelly’s talk last Friday.

This week we bring you news from our Business students visit to Kaicycle; the Wellington secondary schools tough guy, tough gal challenge, success in the NZ National Lead Climbing championship, and an update on the underwater hockey season so far. Our Open Evening is booking up fast so if you know whānau who may be considering WHS for their student in 2023, share the links and encourage booking soon!

A quieter week this time with the teacher’s only day in the middle, but still plenty to catch up on in this week’s Wrap Up! Updates range from extra-curricular achievements in the Ethics Olympiad to the National Floorball team, including two of WHS’s own.

The Wellington High School Open Evening date for 2022 has been released! Sign up inside. As well as that, there are updates from He Kakano and from the Japanese immersion camp. All that and more in this week’s Wrap Up!

Welcome back to all students and whānau! Term 2 is looking bright already with achievements in the Shelia Winn Shakespeare Festival, and we have an important update regarding an early finish later in the term. We hope you all had a safe and restful holiday!

In the final Wrap Up for Term 1, we have some important messages from different members of the community. The BoT have given an update, as well as final updates from both Dominic and He Kākano for the term.
