Qona Christie has been selected as part of the NZ Judo Youth Development Squad to train at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra for a week in September. The athletes selected in this squad are seen as having the potential to represent NZ at events such as the Olympics in the future. It’s fantastic to see Qona’s hard work paying off and we wish her all the best for this amazing opportunity.
