Wednesday 30 January | Year 9 students & International Student Orientation, Day 1
Year 9 students should bring pens, an exercise book, morning tea and lunch, and be prepared for tabloid sports.
- 8.45am Year 9 Pōwhiri at Taraika
- Followed by Orientation Day 1, including tabloid sports
- Morning tea with families / whānau in the staffroom after pōwhiri
- 3.20pm Year 9 dismissed
Senior course confirmation (all day)
Thursday 31 January | Year 9 students and International students, Day 2; Year 10-13 students’ orientation (new to WHS)
Students should bring a computer, pens, an exercise book and lunch.
- 8.45am Year 9 to rōpū class; New Year 10—13 and international students pōwhiri and orientation
- 1pm New Year 10—13 students dismissed
- 3.20 pm Year 9 dismissed

Friday 1 February | All Year 9—13 as listed below
- 8:45am Year 9 normal timetable
- 9.00am Year 10 assembly in hall then to rōpū classes (dismissed 10:30am)
- 10.00am Year 11 assembly in hall then to rōpū classes (dismissed 11:30am)
- 11.00am Year 12 assembly in hall then to rōpū classes (dismissed 12:30pm)
- 12.00pm Year 13 assembly in hall then to rōpū classes (dismissed 1:30pm)
