The senior deans wish to thank the Ball Committee for all their hard mahi to make this night happen!!

Achievements

NSSCC Regional Gold for Lucian and Kahurangi!

Lucian Petherick and Kahurangi Cormack proudly achieved gold at the 2024 National Secondary Schools Culinary Challenge.  From a teachers perspective what was particularly impressive was that it was all their own work and ideas refined with trialing and tastings. It tasted great.

Team Feedback: “A great dish team. You are unlucky to not be at the finals in Auckland.”

Creamy parsnip ‘risotto’, pan-fried pāua, crispy parsnip textures and chive oil. RESULT: GOLD – 98 Marks (out of 100)
