Emily Batty – Supreme Winner of WCF Chocolate Dreams

Wellington Chocolate Factory Design Competition attracted a large number of participants this year.  Nine finalists were selected and judged at WCF on 29 August on both flavour concept and wrapper design.  Our very own Emily Batty remarkably won both the Teen category and took the title of ‘Supreme Winner’ with her Honeycomb bar which was inspired by a love of flowers, lemon and honey drinks and featured flavours of lemon, manuka honey and caramelised lemon zest.  Read the judges comments here
