Tory Urban Retreat

As part of our learning around Health Practices in Aotearoa, 13 Health visited Tory Urban Retreat. This trip allowed the class to experience a cold plunge and a Swedish Sauna. The cold plunge sat at 5 degrees celsius with the sauna sitting at 85 degrees celsius. The experience was described by the class as relaxing and zen and offered a different perspective to treating and managing illness prevalent in Aotearoa.
